They are making the list based on disposable income.

They are using an average, take out Bill Gates, Walmart's owners, the google guys, and the rest of the tiny population that is Ultra rich out of the average and you will see that the disposable income per capita falls below 1st world status.

Again, the problem with the usa is that a tiny percent of the population is ultra rich and own most of the U.S. wealth (GiNi coefficient). If you take their wealth out of any calculation that involves an average (income per capita, disposable income per capita, etc etc), you will see the real figures/reality.

In the same link you showed me check the bottom of the page, U.S. healthcare is a mess.

Looks like you picked to continue be in denial and make a fool out of yourself.
The list are not based on income, if you actually read the first few paragraphs of the link you would read

The*(OECD) — an international economic organization — analyzed 34 countries in*11 categories, including income, housing, jobs, community, education, environment, civic engagement, health, life satisfaction, safety, and work-life balance. (You can read the*full methodology here.)
Now continue with making more excuses, or just admit you're wrong

There is the USA portrayed by Hollywood movies and there is reality.

If you were sick and you had the option of living in Europe, Canada, or USA, believe when I tell you that you will pick Europe or Canada.

Also, someone that makes minimum wage in canada or europe has by far a higher quality of life than someone who makes minimum wage in the usa.

You need a car in the usa, that car needs insurance, gas, maintenance, and you have to pay expressway tolls.

that is a expense that europeans dont have. My cousin in montreal is an aerospace engineer at airbus and she takes the public transit and leaves her Audi at home.

MAss transit there is so efficient that people really dont need a vehicle (just an example)

There is no way you can survive in usa making minimum wage, if you get sick you are better dead.

Europeans can live making minimum wage due to their safety net and social security.
