True, but still the majority of the mountain ranges are in the west, that being said there are some topographically striking ones out east particularly in newfoundland and Labrador even if their elevation is not all that high.

The US and China are the most geographically diverse, not only due to their size, but also because they cover a wide range of climates.

The US has nothing of the following, China does have some sort of equivalence. Whilst the USA's size and far flung territories allow it to be diverse, it still lacks several elements.

Foz do Iguazu is in Brazil and not in the Amazon but the south of the country. All photos posted are from Colombia's Amazon & desert regions. That fall is the Apaporis, you can get surprisingly close to it despite its powerful flow.

Word, I just didn't know there was another waterfall in South America with that wide and powerful a flow. I think I might just need to plan a two week trip to Colombia at some point.

Isn’t Iguazu falls shared with Argentina?

I didn’t know that Colombia has deserts....I checked, there are two desert areas,
both quite small, Guajira Peninsula and Tatacoa Desert.
