Tried my best to hide where this was taken. That said, the year was 2010, it's a private photo and it's fairly touristy. Some users might be familiar with it. I#m not sure if they have participated in this thread, though. It's been early April.

There are fishes painted on that column so is it by the sea? Shanghai?
I think somewhere colder, see the bare trees. Saigon doesn't have winter. May be China or South Korea, even Japan
