Ooo love the piano in the train station idea - must make waiting so much more pleasant! Wish they would take that idea here - the most entertaining thing we've had in a train station is a naked art student but alas she wasn't a permanent fixture

Nice. Especially the last one. The trees have a very different shape and form compared to the ones you'll find in leafy areas of Finland.

I think those are beeches (pyökki). They don't like it here, as it gets a bit chilly, and can't stand the competition with birch, pine and spruce.

We have some of them planted near the cathedral here in Turku, though.

Here with the nearest big place to us.

It's the Cathedral city of Salisbury. These shots are of the Cathedral Close, the area surrounding the actual church, and is the largest Close in the Country. I've spent a fair bit of time here to do with some work I'm involved in.















No Mac, the British photos do not all look the same.

Gorgeous shots. I haven't been to England in years…but that will be corrected hopefully next year. So much to see and do.
