Well I am really looking forward to visiting this wonderful San Jose. We have spent weeks in the past in San Francisco and have been struggling with what to do with our time there this year. So I guess we just jump onto a train to get to San Jose from Union Square?

Wondering when it was that the topper was in Sydney?
You'll have have alot of fun in San Jose!!!! Let us know what you think of San Jose! It's a great city. Take Caltrain from 4th St. and Towsend St. in San Francisco and head to San Jose. You'll end up in Downtown San Jose right by SAP arena and Whole Foods on the Alameda. Yeah, I get SF doesn't have a good transportation since its train station not even downtown. It's 35 mins. walk down on 4th St. Get on the train!!!!!!

There you have it, Brisbane is bigger than Sydney, fact!

Oh but then Sydney has stronger spiders than San Jose, San Jose spiders can't even lift. Sydney harbour has more fish in the water than the WHOLE of the San Jose downtown!! So Sydney is BETTER than San Jose!

Our OP seems to want to compare the council area of Sydney, which is basically the central business district, with the whole of San Jose.

The sydney metro is a collection of city governments.

Places like Parramatta, Blacktown and Bankstown are a good deal bigger than the city of Sydney.

It's way more than CBD. It's the whole city of Sydney: 208,000. 5,000,000 is the entire Region way beyond Sydney like SF being nearly 5,000,000. Note: San Francisco is 870,000. The council area of San Jose: 1,025,000. It is what it is.

https://meetings.cityofsydney.nsw.go...dex.aspx?bcr=1 http://www.sanjoseca.gov/index.aspx?NID=146 1st is make up of Sydney city council and 2nd is make up of San Jose city council. First represents 208,000 residents and the latter represents 1,025,000. Get used to it: San Jose got this one on population.

If you went for 5,000,000 then it would way, way less dense than San Jose Sydney: 1,000 per sq. mile San Jose 5,750 per sq. mile and Brisbane would be only 380 per sq. mile.
