South Asians tend to have arranged marriages and don’t divorce as often. That doesn’t necessarily mean our relationships are healthier, even though they don’t “fail” as often. It’s just that we’re more likely to stay in unhappy relationships for the sake of the kids and/or because of the stigma associated with divorce.
That's why they have a negative birthrate, low rates of marriage, much more permissive attitudes towards sexual harassment or assault, etc.
Even Japan itself admits that these are social issues.
Also, the West is dozens of countries with dozens of languages, different religions and cultures, and not just American/Anglo culture. Swedish or Spanish or Greek or Argentina and Australia are all massively different from each other and not all western nations have an issue with divorce or modesty, versus Japan, which is a single nation and culture.
Not to say that western nations don't have any issues but the idea that a nation that admittedly has a demographic and relationship crisis is superior is somewhat absurd.

…
Japan, which is a single nation and culture - that's the official Japanese line, @ least. The burakumin, the captive Koreans, the Ainu, & the Ryukyuans would likely disagree. It's true enough that these last three groups make up perhaps 1.5% of the total Japanese population. If their numbers grow, however - as opposed to the general decline of the majority population - we may see political stirrings & conflict in Japan.

I don't think so. Even if those groups doubled in size while Japan declined, they'd be sub-5% for decades and the ethnic Japanese would still have a near-total hegemony on all government, commercial, and social goings-on.
If one (or all) of those groups demanded succession, special administrative, or other protected/special statuses, it's not likely that most Japanese would capitulate, and if anything would probably push back in the opposite direction.
I wouldn't say healthier. Japan has a lot of single men, who appear not being happy with this and, in the meantime, it's perhaps the broadest market for odd things such as hentai and sexual robots. I don't know very deeply the japanese society, but it appears to me as a remark of a problem.
