I am planing to build a new home in Fort mill area within price range from 200K - 250K and interested in brick homes. I have shortlisted a couple of communities:
Walden Park: Ryan Homes
Pros:
Riverview elementary school within 1 mile, park for kids..
Cons:
All vinyl homes...I like to have a brick homes community.
Kimbrell Crossing: Ryan Homes/Essex Homes
Pros:
Brick Homes
Gated community
Cons:
Some bypass is to be built, i am not sure if its a well developed community.
Although all the schools in fortmill are good but good school is very important for me as i have a 4.5 yrs old kid.
Im unsure if this is Fort Mill or not, but, on Baberville Road is a new development all by itself, with about 4-6 new brick houses. The brick isnt exposed in most cases though. I believe prices start in the low 200's.
Thanks for ur replies....
Can anyone living in Fallbrook, SC can tell me how much is ur HOA as i have been to True homes in Baden village which have $600 as HOA, which is the elementary school for kids?
Barber rock is the name of homes on Barberville homes, very very nice homes and all brick. Bonterra is a great builder, we were considering this neighborhood. We are renting in Fort Mill and have decided to look in Indian Land. I was unsure of moving my second grader and first grader from Fort Mill but have found nothing but great reviews from Indian Land. Looking at putting an offer in the Indian Land school district. I have found them to be just as good as fort mill schools and being a teacher myself that is very important!! good luck!!
