Im looking for Prescription Drug "safe" drop offs in York County. I see then pop up in front of stores and such run by the police, but is there any way to check when those events will happen or where I can dispose of this stuff properly?

They use to hold Operation Medicine Drop at the local police departments. To dispose of them yourself you can place the pills or capsules in a seal-able plastic bag. Crush it and add a little bit of water. Then add used coffee grounds, sawdust, kitty litter or any material that will mix with meds. Seal the plastic bag and dump it in the trash.
