I noticed they are clearing land on Pleasant Road in two spots between Pleasant Knoll Elementary and Legacy Apartments. Any idea what is being put in there?

Actually they are adding on to the Legacy Fort Mill with more apartments

The good news with these new projects is the state and York County have been thinking ahead and will be widening Pleasant road, adding turn lanes at Gold Hill and accelerating the Gold Hill/I-77 exchange...

In 5 to 10 years...

I have thought for a long time that Pleasant Road needs SIDEWALKS in addition to widening. Hope that is included with any eventual plans.
