Does anyone know anything about the random mug shots and the sign that was posted on the corner of hwy 160 and Market street this morning (near starbucks, on the Encore dance studio sign).

I don't want to post what the sign said because I am unclear of what is going on but if you saw it you know exactly what I am talking about. And someone is going around Baxter posting flyers of a woman's mug shot. I just want to know what the heck is going on!

Was it a poster of a man or woman? Surely it wasn't the young girl's picture ... maybe it's the guy that molested her for years.

I know people are upset with the court system over giving this guy 1 year probabtion. The Fort Mill Times has a better article:
