Description: Alabama’s biggest theme park is always a hit with younger children. Compared to larger parks the theme park area isn’t as appealing to roller-coaster fanatics and adult speed freaks, but the offerings for kids are excellent. All the things that make the big theme parks such a hassle for parents of small children are absent from Alabama Adventure. The lines are short, the facilities are visible and accessible, and the crowds are usually not as packed. Numerous seating areas throughout the park offer parents hassle-free places for a pit stop. Both the theme park and water park offer a variety of rides for children or children accompanied by adults. The theme park has a dedicated children’s area called Marvel City with 7 exhilarating children’s rides. The water park has a slide for children only that’s a summertime favorite. It may be smaller than other parks, but that makes Alabama Adventure a better fit for parents of smaller children.
