Description: With 26 rooms, this modern motel is smaller than the Navy Lodge at Naval Station Mayport. It also does not enjoy an oceanfront location, but in terms of price (around $50 a night) and convenience (located right on base), it’s hard to beat. The rooms fill up fast, so be sure to make reservations early. The Navy Lodge is open to all active-duty personnel as well as reserves and retirees. Civilians who are sponsored by active-duty personnel, reserves, or retirees can stay here as well.
