Description: This brand new Hampton Inn Suites opened for business in the spring of 2009 as part of an ongoing effort to revitalize Yarmouth’s Route 28. The facility represents a new era for Yarmouth’s hotels, which had fallen in stature after a building boom in the mid-1980s left the town awash in rooms for rent. The hotel has space for functions and was designed with a Cape Cod theme in mind, including black-and-white photographs of the Cape throughout. There are twelve types of rooms available, including those with two queen-size beds and studio suites for families with king-size beds, microwaves, a refrigerator and a queen-size pull-out couch. The hotel’s construction incorporates the latest in energy efficiency, the newest rage in any new building on the Cape. There are also pools inside and outside and a whirlpool. Both wired and wireless Internet access is available in the hotel.
