Foods are cooled using appropriate methods Observation: There were a container of baked beans that had condensation on the the bottom side of the lid. Discussed the importance of leaving part of the lid open to allow for proper heat transfer so that product can properly cool. Corrected at time of inspection. Temperature of baked beans were at 37 degrees at time of inspection.
