    Cooked ground pork was originally held at room temperature at the beginning of the inspection - shortly after, it was moved to the walk-in cooler. The temperature of the pork was 54 degrees and 48 degrees. Pork was prepared 2 days ago and cooled in covered metal pans, stacked on a cart. Corrected.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observed raw shell eggs stored over ready to eat foods in the walk-in cooler - corrected.
