Observation: Packaged food such as pizza, processed chicken and other packages food stored in reach-in display cooler with be excessive ice build up in cooler. Manager aware of the problem and called for service.

Observation: The delivery back exit door continues to have light showing through the bottom and do not prevent entrance of pests and rodents and bugs, no the weather stripping installed. REPEAT VIOLATION.

Observation: The most recent license posted on the board behind the counter not visible for consumers to view. Moved the license in a conspicuous place for consumers to view and corrected on site.

Observation: Didn't have most recent inspection report posted. Must post in area viewable to the public.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation: Several boxes of Sinckers were stored on the floor in storage. All food and food items must be stored a minimum of 6" off the floor and easy for cleaning.
- Drying mops
Observation: Mop was stored in mop bucket in storage. Must hang dry to prevent bacteria growth on wet mop.
- Light bulbs, protective shielding
Observation: One Shatter resistant light bulb in food storage area is damaged. Replace as needed.
- Outer openings are protected
Observation: Light is shining through back door. All outer openings must be protected from the entry of rodents and bugs. Replace weather stripping. REPEAT VIOLATION.

Must post state approved "No Smoking" sign at every entrance and exit to be used by the public or employees. Given during inspection.

Light is shining through back door. All outer openings must be protected from the entry of rodents and bugs. Apply weather stripping as needed.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Bottom shelve of shelving units in walk-in cooler are installed on the floor. All food and food items must be stored a minimum of 6 " off the floor and ease for cleaning. Move bottom shelf up.
- Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
Bags of recylced cans is laying on unfinished particle board shelving in back. All surfaces exposed to moisture must be cleanable and nonabsorbent. Seal shelving or store cans in other location.
