    Failure to provide adequate screening or other protection against pests. Specifically, I observed slight gaps beneath large overhead doors along the north and south drive through area, to include a slight gap beneath the north pedestrian door in this same area. Daylight was observed beneath the doors referenced above.
  • Signs
    Lack of posted, readily understandable signs directing employees to wash and sanitize hands as appropriate. Specifically, I observed that there were no signs posted in employee restrooms in the warehouse area. Hand washing sings were provided in the restroom areas located near the administrative offices.
