Observation: Macaroni salad holding at 56 degrees at time of inspection -prepared at 7:30 am. Mayonnaise was not pre-chilled.

Observation: Barehand contact with lemons and salad. Tongs were placed in salad and lemons.

Observation: Cold table broken, holding temperatures cut lettuce, hard cooked eggs diced meats holding at 60 degree F. Repair person on site during inspection. Hot food discarded.

Observation: Utensils used for dishing pies stored in standing water. Utensils were set through dishwasher at time of inspection.
