      No sanitizer is used for dishes. Wash, rinse, and sanitize. Bleach can be used as a sanitizer. Only use regular bleach, not scented.
    • Adequate warewashing facilities (Test kit requirement not met 4-501.116, p 128)
      No test papers to check chlorine sanitizer. Test and keep at 50-100 ppm. Clean three compartment sink.
