    Observation:Wiping cloths not being maintained in sanitizer between uses. Wiping cloths were placed back in sanitizer bucket.

  • In-use utensils, between-use storage
    Observation:Ice scoop handle stored in contact with ice at drive-thru ice bin. Ice scoop was moved.

    Observation:Current license not properly posted.

    Observation:Mop not properly air drying. Mop was removed from mop bucket and hung up to dry.
  • Sanitization of food contact surfaces - before use and after cleaning
    Observation:Chlorine sanitizer in wiping cloth bucket is not strong enough. Sanitizer bucket was replaced.
