  • equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
    Wall behind the hand sink is not easily cleanable- high gloss paint/sealant could be used to make wall easily cleanable. Three compartment sink a slight leak observed on faucet, repair. Clena storage racks in back corner of main stand.
