- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation:Blue Bunny and ice cream freezer do not have an easily accessible thermometer.

Observation: Beverage dispensing units are not clean and sanitary. Black slimy build up noted at nozzle area of pop. Ice hopper, bin and chute are not being cleaned and sanitized.Old sticky pop noted on machine, nozzles are in poor condition. Blackened areas noted...nozzles appear damaged and no longer smooth and easy to clean. Tongs for jerky need to be washed-rinsed-sanitized at least once every 24 hours. These are dirty.

Observation:Exterior mason work needs to be repaired, large section of mortar/brick is broken and could fall on a customer. --Observation:Physical facilities in poor repair. Walls, floors and ceilings-especially in back storage area need to be refurbished.

Observation:Drain boards or drying racks are missing from warewash area.
