First off, I went to Arby's in hopes of a quick quality dinner for my family. I pulled up to the drive thru and from the get go, the girl on the speaker was disrespectful. I disregarded it because after all I was only there for food not conversation. I got my food and drove home. To my surprise, my fries were not in the bag. I grabbed the receipt and called the store to ensure it would be corrected before driving back. There was no answer. I called again and got a manager. He did not take my concern very seriously, however he did offer to prepare new hot food if I would come in and get it. So I went in to the store. The guy at the counter was very polite. He simply asked what happened. So I began explaining it. I told him the girl at the window had no personality which was discerning. She overheard me and made a comment to another co worker directly in front of me. So I called her out. Because I didn't appreciate her talking about me in front of me. The manager came over to ask what happened. I told him how his employee was talking about me in front of me and after the incidents I've already had, I don't appreciate that. So I asked for my money back and went to sonic. This establishment is beyond unprofessional. And I will not be back unless it is to speak to the general manager.
