KDA_3_50118A1 - --A package of hot dogs in the Coca Cola RIC was date marked 8/10. COS, VD. A package of cheddar dogs was date marked 8/25. COS, VD. A package of polish sausage was date marked 8/05. COS, VD. PIC said those dates were correct.
KDA_4_60211C - --Tongs used to dispense hot dogs have not been washed today. COS, moved to be cleaned and sanitized. Educated PIC about proper times to clean utensils.
KDA_4_60213 - --There is dust and black residue on the shelves storing drinks in the storage room.
KDA_5_20515B - --The water heater is leaking creating a puddle of water around that is extending into the bathroom. A hose coming out of the building on the west end is draining on the sidewalk creating a puddle of water and mold.
