7-203.11 - --An employee was dispensing ice from a plastic container labeled "towels with sanitizing soulution". Corrected on site Educated manager containers are to be used for what they are marked for and explained the finish of plastic by the manufacturer varies. KDA_3_50116A2 - --Sitting on the counter top are open containers of pasteurized egg whites 60.6, pasteurized whole eggs 56.0 and a commercial packed container of prepared egg patties 51.8. The manager had no knowledge of exactly when they had been taken out of cold hold. Corrected on site Manager voluntarily destroyed both items. KDA_3_50116B - --Sitting on the counter top raw shell eggs 55.7. The manager had no knowledge of when they had been taken out of cold hold. Corrected on site Manager voluntarily destroyed the raw shell eggs. KDA_3_50119B2 - --The shredded lettuce, slice cheese and sliced tomatoes had no time mark on them at the time the inspection began (10:15 am) The manager said the items had been placed in the cold prep table at 9:30 Corrected on site Time marks were placed on the items. KDA_4_60111C - --The smoothie machine drain and counter top had a gross accumulation of syrup spills and splatters. KDA_4_70211 - --An employee is washing wares at the 3 vat sink and the middle sink is not filled with rinse water. Corrected on site Educated approved method for 3 vat sink use and manager had employee set 3 vat sink up according to approved set up. KDA_5_20515B - --The drain, of the north soda machine in the customer self service area, is leaking and a 5 gallon bucket is in use to catch the drips. The bucket is half full of gray water. KDA_6_40311B - --A business head set is stored on top of single use bags used for serving baked items. KDA_7_20111A - --A spray bottle of oven cleaner and a spray bottle of cooler/freezer cleaner is hanging from the edge of the 3 vat sink. The nozzle of the two containers are pointed towards soiled dishes. Corrected on site educated manager the only chemicals allowed in the 3 vat sink area are those chemicals used on ware washing. The manager removed the 2 spray bottles of chemical from the edge of the 3 vat sink. KDA_7_20111B - --In the customer service area a spray bottle of glass/multi purpose cleaner was hanging by the nozzle on the edge of an open wire shelf with the nozzle directly over a bag of white granulated sugar.
