KDA_2_30114I - --An employee removed their gloves and handled cash at the register. They then grabbed new gloves, put them on, and began handling popcorn boxes/touching the inside of the popcorn boxes with their gloves hands. They did not wash their hands. Corrected on Site (COS) - explained the violation and hand washing regulations.
KDA_3_30212 - --There is an unlabeled shaker that the director identified as popcorn seasoning.
KDA_3_30414B1 - --The wiping cloth bucket is showing 0ppm sanitizer.
KDA_4_10111A - --There unpopped popcorn kernels are stored in a Sterilite container with no markings indicating it is a food grade container. The popcorn is in direct contact with the plastic of the container. COS - the director had the popcorn put into a new container.
KDA_4_60111A - --In the football concession stand there is a container with chips stored inside with a sticker on the outside of the container. This sticker was identified as the original manufacturer's sticker. COS - the sticker was removed. The lid to the popcorn container has sticky residue on it identified as remaining from not being scrubbed off at previous cleanings. COS - the lid was removed to be cleaned.
KDA_6_30112 - --There were no paper towels at the hand sink in the concession stand. The director said they had run out and were using the napkins in the cabinet. COS - had the napkins moved next to the sink so that hands can be dried and then the water shut off with the napkins.
KDA_6_30114 - --There are no hand washing signs at the hand sink. COS - provided with signs to be posted.
KDA_6_50119 - --The restroom doors near the concession stand are open. Cleaning and maintenance are not being performed.
KDA_7_10211 - --In the football concession stand there is an unlabeled bottle with a blue liquid inside. The director said this was window cleaner. The bottle does say "Do not drink." COS - the director labeled the bottle.
KDA_7_20111B - --In the football concession stand there is a bottle of Clorox Wipes laying directly on top of the bagged chips. COS - the clorox wipes were moved.
KDA_Defacto - --All ware washing at either concession stand is taken to the main cafeteria kitchen to be washed. --Cooler: Diced Tomatoes - 43.8 F --Steam: Hot dogs - 134.3 F Chili - 136.1 F Cheese - 140.1 F
