KDA_4_60111C - --There is dust build up on the 3 sets of fan blowers in the Dairy WIC. KDA_5_20515B - --The atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink located by the Produce area leaks when water is supplied. There is a Vented-Tee valve connected directly to the faucet and one of the hoses is connected to the chemical dispenser which has it's own backflow preventive device. The turn knob on the faucet at the 3 compartment sink located in the Produce room leaks when water is supplied.
