At&T is an excellent place that has amazing quality and great service. People are there when you need them our phones were sucking up data and they told us why our phones were doing this. I love At&T we have been with them for many years and hopfully more years to come. We recently all got new phones for a very reasonable price. We love the quality and how well they treat all of their customers. In all the years we have been with them we have NEVER had a problem with them. We can't wait to go back to bye more.I love AT&T.

Bought a new phone on the next plan while I was traveling outside of Alaska and had to pay tax. The AT&T store told me there was a 14 day return policy. I fly back to my home in Alaska being a new customer to AT&T and they say there is a 35% restocking fee. Well, I paid 0 down on the phone but they want me to pay 35% of the phone. Poor service, especially when I've only been with this provider for 2 weeks.

Very good company world wide, very unique products and easy with payments. Prepaid is common with the best service and best price. Co tracts is also fair with price and great with the products movement. Very talented. Great customer service with great smiles, greater very real and nice. Very helpful and understandable. Managers and supervisor doing an outstanding jobs and very helpful to me and my families. Samsung galaxy note 3 is very excellent especially with the at&t service, great and useful. This is the best company and that this is the company that put our families together without hesitate. No bad phone service and no bad customer service. All the service and etc are very supportive.

Prices are the same as everywhere else but the customer service is out of this world!! :) Regardless of my issues they are there, ready and eager to assist me. I love the convenience of this location. Love the easy and close parking as well. Overall I am happy with the service and the services through AT&T!! I can usually get in and out of this location long before I get helped by calling 611. Not that there is usually a long wait on the phone but I have NEVER had to wait for an associate at this location and I truly appreciate it as everyone’s time is very valuable. It is very nice when a company recognizes this and does what they can to ensure your time is not wasted.
