I went to arbys tonight because I'm pregnant and was craving their roast Turkey and Swiss sandwich. My boyfriend and I went in the dine -in because We had our 10month old with us. We order our food, and got it fairly fast. My boyfriend open his sandwich, and it wasn't what he order. So he took it up to the cashier, and told them the problem and nicely asked them to fix it. They apologized, and fixed his sandwich. I then started to feed my daughter before I ate. After she got bored with her fries, and potato cakes, I open my sandwich to give her some, and to eat myself. But when I opened it, there was No Turkey. So I politely took it back up to the counter, and let them know. The cashier rudely looked at me and took the sandwich to the back. So the bystanding cashier said sorry, and told me he would have them bring me my sandwich after it was fix. I said that was fine, no big deal, Thank you. As I was waiting, the same cashier that took my sandwich came up angrily with my sandwich in just hand, then decided to disrespect and belittle me in front of other people in the din-in are and said " Here is your sandwich, I remade it, and I just want to let you know that you're lying. I know that you are. I helped make the sandwich and there was meat on it." I told him that I had No reason to lie about the meat, and I didn't appreciate him coming up to me calling me a liar. He then continue to argue with me while the other customers watch. I then got up with my family and left the restaurant crying. I felt so disrespect. I didn't even make a big deal about them messing our order up twice. I was treated so poorly. I don't need someone argueing and disrespecting me while I'm pregnant. Especially by someone who is paid to serve the customer, and it being their mistake. I wouldn't recommended this particular Arbys to anyone.
