Always excellent service. Very helpful and friendly. They have helped with situstions of identity theft, providing excellent service and sound advice. When someone got ahold of my card information, and made unauthorized charges, they were qyick to resolve it in my favor. I really like the convenience of being able to do my banking at Jewel during hours when most banks are not even open. I have banked with TCF for almost 10 years now. They have always served me well and I have never regretted it. The staff is always very knowledgeable about different issues, and always very professional and very helpful. I wouldn't bank anywhere else. They have been quick to resolve problems, and even forgave fees when I messed up. They prove, every day, that Customer Service is alive and well.
