Bradley's service has plummeted, he has fixed the place up, we'll catch a view of a mouse trap or 2, the little girls who work behind the counter will sweep the floor, and then hand you a cupcake. They don't use gloves for anything, I sit there all morning and they never wash their hands. The manager doesn't seem to concerned because she has never addressed it! Just smiles and waves and leaves.. It's getting ridiculous
