    --Packages of ground beef observed thawing at room temperature on the cook line prep table, which is not an approved thawing method. The beef was placed in the walk-in cooler to thaw.
  • Design & Functionality of Temperature Measuring Devices (46.590)
    --Temperature measuring device for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available in the cook line baine marie. A thermometer was placed in the baine marie.
  • Quality of Water (46.804)
