    --The lid, on one of the chest freezers in the basement, is damaged and the insulation is exposed. Repair or replace the lid.

    --Soiled cardboard was observed on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Cardboard is not an acceptable surface for use on a floor in a walk-in cooler because it cannot be kept clean. Remove the cardboard and clean the floor.
