    Employee was cutting cooked chicken with bare hands.
  • Single-Use Gloves for Only One Task (46.305(a))
    Single use gloves used when touching uncooked chicken. Employee then touched utensils which may have been meant for RTE foods. Employee was instructed to remove gloves prior to this.
  • Outer Openings Protected, Exterior Walls & Roofs Protective Barrier (46.922(e)(f))
    Screen door leading to kitchen from outside was open. When closed, it was noticed that the screen was not secure on the door.
