    --Equipment not maintained in good repair. Observed frozen liquid condensate under the fan unit inside the walk-in freezer.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Various florescent lights in the camp kitchen are not shielded from breakage or shatter proof.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Observed a large 2' x 2' hole in the ceiling above the exhaust hood in the kitchen and another portion above the preparation table that looks close to falling. Camp Caretaker stated the damage was caused by a water pipe leak and that the ceiling.is scheduled for repair.
