    --Upon arrival into kitchen / dining hall I observed several children and one dog playing. This dog may create a contamination hazard, if allowed to continue. Children vacated facility. Manager called. Camp is scheduled for opening next week.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Track to the Stero dish machine does not operate [close the canopy easily] smoothly. Re[air prior to camp operation.
  • Toilets & Urinals Required (46.823(b) & 46.942(a))
    --One toilet chain is detached from the flush pump assembly inside the men's restroom.
