    --Food facility has a small water leak observed behind Cappuccino machine cabinet. 5 days to correct.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Observed ceiling above front counter & one large isle has leaked snow, found tarp & tape hanging from ceiling above these areas. 30 days to repair roof. (Roof is currently not leaking, if it does before it is repaired, all food must be moved from below the leak. Correct by 4/5/2014.
