Two egg capsules in one slide out tray below kitchen stove. These were smashed. One live small roach like insect on top of shelf in food storage room. One roachlike insect on its back kicking on threshold going into walkin cooler. One live roachlike insect on glue board inside hot buffet cabinet.

One live small roachlike insect was on top of customer table in seating area. Insect was killed. Two live adult roachlike insects were inside wall bracket that holds takeout paper bags. Insects were killed. One dead roach was found on lower shelf of front counter. Pesticide company was called and retreatment will occur August 23.
