The food is mostly cold. Sometimes the snackin bacon is over or under cooked. Although they replace the mean for you. You are hungry the time that you order your food.....

The Duncan Donut in Aliquippa has very bad service. I was standing at the counter when 2 of the employees were behind the counter and they ignored me. Finally after a couple minutes I was acknowledged. No one was at the to go window and 1 other person was in the store. I will not be going back. I tried to find a corporate number,but I could not.

I used to go here all the time but the service has gotten terrible over the past two months. The worst service I have had in a long time. I'd rather drive to the one in Monaca.
