Temperature measuring devices for ensuring proper temperatures of food are not available or readily accessible in the sandwich prep cooler at front counter. The thermometer is located in the back corner and difficult to read. A cold storage unit is to have the thermometer located easily accessible and in the warmest area of unit up front near door.
