    --Packaged food was stored in a cabinet under a hand washing sink. The food was under the drain line for the sink. Remove the food from this cabinet. Do not store food under plumbing fixtures.
  • Storing Clean Items (46.774)
    --Observed clean single service items stored in the basement directly on the floor, and not 6 inches above the floor. Remove the single service items from the floor.
  • Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
    --The walls around the bag-in-the-box soda system are unpainted drywall and the pump is sitting on raw wood. Paint the walls with a good enamel paint. Seal the wooden shelf to make it impervious to water.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --The hand washing sink in the prep area was blocked by a trash receptacle and was not accessible at all times for employee use. Move the trash receptacle immediately. Do not block the hand washing sink.
