    --Flour, cornstarch, sugar and other bulk ingredients are stored in containers which previously held MSG. The products are not labeled.
  • Retention, Drainage & Delivery of Sewage, Other Liquid Waste & Rainwater (46.862(b)-(f))
    --Water accumulating (at times) in the bottom of the prep refrigerator. There are containers of food in this unit, which containers would be in contact with that standing water. This matter noted previously. Owners have abated this matter since last inspection, but it remains in violation.
