    --Minor ice build-up was observed inside walk-in freezer #2. A box of mixed vegetables was stored directly below.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    ---Tape & adhesive residues found along the stainless steel hood. --Foot pedal for the hand wash sink needs adjusting because the pedal does not return to the original position. As a result, hot water valve does not close. ---Handle to walk-in cooler #3 still has duct tape on it, making it not easily cleanable. Pin is loose.

    --Condensate found inside the walk-in cooler, along the upper corner / ceiling juncture. Black mold-like residues were found.
