    --One stem thermometer displayed 20*F, a 2nd displayed 0*F, in ice water. Both were re-calibrated. And no thermometers in either compartment of Frigidaire refrigerator-freezer in basement to right of base of steps, or in GE freezer in basement. Please supply by 9/30/14.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Yellow oil residue accumulation on wall to left of fryer in kitchen. Please clean by 9/25/14.
