    --One half-gallon of fat free milk and 3 containers of macaroni salad had sell by dates of 3/16 and 3/15. All were pulled off shelves during the inspection.
  • Date Marking of Ready-to-Eat Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(b))
    --Potentially hazardous ready-to-eat food (lunchmeat and cheese) in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the front deli cooler, was not being date marked (about half was dated). Corrected-all partial pieces of meat/cheese were either discarded or date marked during the inspection.
  • Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
    --Old food residue and miscellaneous bottles observed on floor under shelves in walk-in cooler.
