    --Observed soiled pots and pans being stored directly on the floor in the ware washing area prior to conducting ware washing. Soiled pots and pans are not permitted to be stored on the floor.
  • Sanitizing Solution Testing Device Provided & Used (46.634 & 46.674(e))
    --Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. Retail food facility is using both chlorine and qauternary ammonia as sanitizers and requires both types of test strip.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Equipment not maintained in good repair or proper adjustment. The fan unit inside the walk-in freezer lacks or is missing fan guards.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --Multiple use of a handwash sink. Observed moist wiping cloths along with an aluminum measuring pitcher being stored inside the handwash sink basin in the kitchen. Corrected on the spot.
