The made to go sandwich display cooler is holding some product at internal temperatures as high as 42.8 deg. F. The air temperature delivered to this unit is 34 deg. F. It appears that the designed air flow associated with this unit may not allow for cold holding below 41 deg. F. as required. This holding temperature is considered acceptable as there is an allowance of 2 deg. F.

There are droplets of condensation along the seams in the ceiling of the walk in cooler. Most of these droplets would drip on to the floor and not impact any product. However, there is one area of shelving (holding panned meat balls) which could be subject to contamination IF the droplets drip. This unit is runnning very cold and ambient conditions include high heat and humidity.
