    Chipped beef observed thawing at room temperature, which is not an approved thawing method. Surface temperature was 46 to 50 degrees F. PIC placed back in walk in cooler.

    Mop sink has hose attached without backflow prevention device. Hose removed.

    The food facility does not employee a certified employee as required.
