I dropped of a script on Wednesday and was told
Had to wait for autorization from insurance. They
Said it would take 24-48 hours. I waited til Monday
Then called only to find it was authorized on Thursday and
I wasn't called. I could've had the machine in need
For pain 4 days earlier. Why wasn't I called?
And when I finally went I to pick it up. I was told
By the pharmacy side that I had to go to the other
Counter, but, they didn't tell me to ring a bell
For someone. The pharmacy person told the
People that came in behind me and they preceded
To run around met and ring it. Basically, butting
Ahead of me. As I was waiting a pharmacy person
Said to me the lady at the desk is taking a call
And will be right with you since you we jumped
Ahead of. I waited 10 minutes and that lady
Didn't help me. So, when the people who butted
Me left. I said to Susan that they butted me and all
She did is laugh. Really couldn't say anything.
I wouldn't recommend going there for anything
Because there customer service is extremely
Lacking. I took the machine because I need it
For pain but, I will be switching suppliers
Soon.
