    --An open employee's beverage container was observed in kitchen area, a food preparation area. Drinks must be covered and use a straw. Corrected on site.

    --Noted spring loaded faucets on the hand wash sink in the men's restroom that say activated for 8 seconds rather than 15 seconds as required.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Noted a heavy grease build up on the wall behind the deep fryers in the prep area.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Noted fluorescent light fixture over the ice machine is not shielded from breakage.
